a bit about me:

‘'Lifelong Learner" is more than just a buzz phrase for me. After 20 years of running my own property management business,  I switched professional gears to pursue a master's degree in the communications and public relations field. In August of 2021, I completed an M.A. in Strategic Communication with a concentration in Digital Communication Strategies and Analytics from The American University in Washington, D.C., graduating with a 4.0. I simultaneously attained certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads Display, Google Ads Search, Hootsuite Platform, and Meltwater. My professional background includes customer service and account management for Xerox and AT & T, where I cultivated an exceptional, customer-focused understanding of sales and business management. As I actively pursue the latest digital marketing strategies, I am empowered to build upon my knowledge of face-to-face marketing and blend up-to-date digital proficiency with strong, classic interpersonal skills.

Understanding the client is the cornerstone of my professional marketing portfolio, and I strive to cultivate collaborative and creative relationships in my work. I believe to truly empathize with customer needs, it is vitally important to strike a work-life balance centered on family and community. As a Coast Guard wife and mother, service is the air I breathe, and mindfulness is the key to success on all fronts. I enjoy the creative and personal time invested with my clients, and I greet challenges with a strong determination born of experience.
